We often get asked if we declaw our cats or if we know anyone who does it. We here at JCHS vehemently oppose the delcawing operation. We do not condone or approve of it for our cats or any cats. We occasionally get cats in who are already declawed but they are the exception to our rule. We hope these fact sheets will help you understand why we hope you never consider declawing your cat.
