Jefferson County Humane Society, established in 1998, was founded by a group of concerned citizens in Jefferson County, Kansas, to address the issue of abandoned, surrendered, and stray animals. 

 

The organization is committed to providing the best possible care for all cats and dogs, regardless of their age, health, or special needs, and operates as a No-Kill animal shelter.
